Have Your Say Online Survey for Parents

posted May 25, 2017, 11:21 AM by Cynthia Snowdon

Have Your Say Survey  In our effort to increase school effectiveness, the Halton District School Board is inviting your participation in a new online survey for parents – the Have Your Say survey. As our partner in education, your input is valued and appreciated. We recognize your involvement is critical to student success which is why we’re sending this letter, inviting you to complete an online survey to tell us what you think about Eastview. Parental input is valuable and appreciated. We are inviting parents to respond to questions related to their child’s school, such as: learning opportunities, communication, involvement in the school, technology use, equitable and inclusive learning environments, and transportation. The information gathered from the survey is being used to help our school continue to create a positive climate, to inform our School Improvement and Well-Being plans, and for parents to have a voice in creating a supportive community at Eastview Public School.

The survey is open to all parents of children in the Halton District School Board until June 7, 2017. Your responses are anonymous and the questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. There is no login or password required. To complete the survey, click on or copy this link: This survey is also accessible using a mobile device. Thank you in advance for your participation and feedback,
